Openwork teak wood column sculpture
This column is carved from a block of solid teak, then pierced with dozens of oval cavities that pass through the material and let light through. The top retains the irregular outline of the original wood, and the piece rests on a flat base carved from the same wood. It can be placed on the floor in an entryway, living room, or commercial space.
