HOW TO MAKE A RETURN ?
Return for items purchased online:
-You have 15 days following receipt of your order to return your items (EXCEPT FINAL SALES).
-The merchandise must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
-You must first contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can give you the steps to follow.
-Once your return has been received we will send you an email with confirmation. Your refund will be issued, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method, within 10 business days.
-The costs of returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is damaged in which case you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your items. If you fail to contact us within this period and wish to make a return according to the return policy in force, we will then be obliged to charge you the delivery costs.
Return for items purchased in store:
You have 10 days from the date of purchase of your order to return your items (EXCEPT FINAL SALES).
Please do not return your items without notifying us first, in which case we unfortunately cannot process your return and a 20% restocking fee will apply.
We do not issue a refund but a credit note with no expiration date.
-We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
-Please note that clearance items are final sales and are not exchangeable or refundable.
